How to File a Grievance

If you have a complaint or concern, please follow these steps:

  2. Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24-48 hours and provide you with a reference number for your records.
  3. Review Process: Your grievance will be reviewed by our Customer Service team, and if necessary, escalated to higher management. We aim to resolve all complaints within 7-10 business days.
  4. Resolution: Once a decision has been made, we will inform you of the outcome and any actions that have been taken or will be taken.

Escalation Process

If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may escalate your complaint by writing to our Grievance Officer at grievance@thefitalpha.com. Please include your reference number and a detailed account of why you are dissatisfied with the resolution. The Grievance Officer will review your complaint and respond within 5 business days.

Feedback

After your grievance has been resolved, we may contact you to seek feedback on your experience with our grievance process. This helps us to continually improve our services.
